2. How far is it from kadur railway station40mins (you can take a cab or bus from Kadur bus stand, bus will cross commune18 board to reach chikmaglur, you can request the driver or conductor to stop in front of the commune18 gate

3. How far is tourist places from commune18Use google maps for accurate distance., Mullayanagiri being the must visit place, it takes about 45mins to reach from commune18 - Vehicles will go till the top., All the other places are accessible from there.

4. Is this place in the coffee estate?No. but property is completely surrounded with greenery

5. What is the Check-in time?Checkin is at 12pm - Checkout 10am

6. Can we check in early?Depends on previous day’s availability - we have an early checkin charges

8. Do you provide cab facilities?Yes. We can assist.

9. Do you allow pets?Depends on which pet it is. We have 2 dogs in-house. we don’t tie them at all, Guests should be fine with it. They are very friendly.

10. What are the activities in the property?We have pool, Common camp fire in the evening with some music sessions, Few indoor games like carrom, Jenga etc

11. What about food?We have a restaurant in house., Its ala carte system.

12. Do you serve alcohol?No. Not at the moment.

13. Do you allow alcohol from outside?Yes. Only for our in-house guests.

14. Cuisine?South Indian, North Indian, Chinese.

15. Do you have AC in the room?Only few standard rooms has AC. Dorms and wooden cottages doesn’t have AC.

16. Till what time camp fire is available?The camp-fire will be up till 10:30PM.

17. Music ?Loud music near the campfire area till 10:30PM

18. Food and drink in the campfire area?Consumption of food near the campfire area in absolutely prohibited. We allow drink.
